Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

To start a return, please contact customer service on this website.
Once your return request is processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as it’s been fully reviewed. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 days.
Our refund and returns policy for Chasi Plans lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Our refund and returns policy for Pro Services lasts 30 days after the date of the Final Review stage of production. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
After 7 to 10 days after your refund was accepted by Chasi Customer Service, please contact us.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
